Within the first year, John had a solid team building fences, also at the same time his was building a business based on satisfied customers. Due to word of mouth recommendations and some advertising, the growth experienced by the business was great, and by the third year he had set up a second team working full time.

By 2008 John had built the business up to three teams, with all team members employed full-time by PY Fencing.

In order to set and maintain the highest standards within the industry, he has never employed subcontractors.

Since 2010 PY Fencing has successfully entered the world of Franchising due to the continuing growth of the business.

Dimitris joined PY Fencing in 2005, been in the timber industry for 35 years as a picture framer contributed a lot to the development of today’s operational procedures that we follow.

Dimitri's role in PY Fencing currently is to run the company team as well as to support the other teams with his technical advice.

His work ethic, attention to detail and skills set the bench mark in our Company.

Kostas joined PY Fencing in 2005, he initially worked as an assistant to one of our teams. Within a year he became a supervisor and soon after he was running his own team.

For the past twelve months Kostas is in charge of all the deliveries. His experience in building fences helps a lot with organizing the orders and identifying mistakes before the occur.

Geoff background as a senior car mechanic for Cannon Toyota in Camberwell has taught him the importance for superior customer service as well as meeting deadlines.

His customer and organization skills are of the higher standards. He takes a lot of pride in his work and already we get a lot of positive feedback from his happy customers.

Michael has been working with us for several months before making the decision to become a PY Fencing Franchise Owner.

During those months he saw first hand all the benefits of joining PY Fencing. Working next to Dimitris has given him a lot of confidence and experience required to maintain PY Fencing standards.

Anthony’s background was directly associated with customer service, that made our decision very easy since it is the most important thing for us.

He lives in Oakleigh and is looking forward to service this suburb and all the surrounding areas.

Sati's background is in timber construction, building frames and trusses for several years prior to being the next Franchise owner.

He completed his training in various types of fences prior to moving on to his own Cranbourne area, which he now services, as well as other south-eastern suburbs.

He has a great work ethic; always doing his best to satisfy customers and build fences he is proud of.
