Q: Do you give a WARRANTY.

A: Yes, we give 5 YEARS WARRANTY on every fence we build, the warranty covers the workmanship and any material defaults.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we have a 10 MILLION Public Liability Insurance for ours and our customer's peace of mind and all our employees are covered by Worksafe.

Q: How can I get job references?

A: Please call us or email us, give us the type of fence you are interested in and we will provide a few job addresses where you could go and check our workmanship.

Q: How long it takes to construct a fence?

A: It depends on the size, height, configurations and site access generally we expect to build 20-30mtrs of 1950mm high paling fence a day.

Q: What do I need to do if I want to book the job?

A: All paying parties need to fill out and sign the quotation, then send the signed quote to us, as soon as we receive the quote you will be given a firm starting day and time.

Q: What is a starter post?

A: Starter Post is the very first post at a fence section. When there is a brick wall, a tree or anything else that interferes with the fence line we might need to use one or more starter posts.

Q: If I organize the quote am I responsible for the full payment?

A: You are not responsible for the full payment. When decision has been made between you and the neighbors, you will need to return a copy of the signed quote, please do not forget to include the neighbors full details.

Q: What if the neighbors do not want a new fence, but the existing fence is in a bad condition.

A: Try to identify why the neighbors do not want a new fence, if the problem is financial you may offer to pay slightly more, or make an arrangement with them to pay for the full amount and get the money later. Alternative you can issue a fencing notice, make sure you take photos showing the bad state of the fence.
